Tega Cay, SC, 2025 — Bathroom
A bathroom rebuilt from the substrate up
The previous renovation had tiled straight onto drywall. Everything behind the surface had to be replaced.

Before
After
Water had been tracking behind the shower wall for years. Once the tile came off, the framing underneath was soft and the pan had no slope to the drain at all.
We replaced the framing, built a properly sloped pan, and ran a full sheet membrane before any tile went back. The visible change is a double vanity and a larger shower; the change that matters is invisible.
